When you contact us through this website or WhatsApp to enquire about a job, we may collect the following information:

• Phone number
• Postcode or address
• Description of the job or work required

We do not collect payment card details directly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your job enquiry
• Provide quotes and arrange visits
• Deliver the services you have requested
• Send invoices and process payments

We will not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we will never sell your data to third parties.

AI Processing Disclosure

This website includes an AI assistant to help you describe your job and get faster responses. Messages sent through the AI chat may be processed by Anthropic Claude, an AI system provided by Anthropic, PBC.

Messages processed by the AI assistant are not stored permanently beyond the active session and are not used to train AI models. They are used only to generate a response within your current conversation.

If you prefer not to use the AI assistant, you can contact us directly via WhatsApp or email.

Third Parties

We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Twilio — message delivery and WhatsApp communication
• Stripe — secure payment processing
• Anthropic — AI processing for the chat assistant
• Vercel — website hosting and deployment
• Cloudflare — DNS management and security

Data Retention

Conversation data from the AI chat assistant is not stored beyond your active session.

Invoice and job records are retained for 7 years in accordance with HMRC requirements for tax and accounting compliance. After this period, records are securely deleted.

Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
